Galaxy M14 5g Battery status

It is been 1 year and 4 months since I bought this mobile. I was keeping charging cycles between 20 to 85 percent all the time, never overcharging, and very soon the battery life was bad, so what is the point of the charging limit option?😏

Thats just one element of good battery life. There are other factors which contribute to the overall battery life span like using original charger, Room temperature while charging as well as while using phone etc. But at the end in your case battery must be replaced to rectify this issue.
