I thought the same , I do agree instructions not clear , moderator pointed out wat to do n explained how to redeem. I as you , had serious doubts , after going through the steps and processing to eventually redeem I received these buds after 2 weeks....

it was a while but received my buds + today , looking at it , was worth the wait , will have to test n c if prefer them to my iconx 2018 one's. unexpected as I was tracking it and no indication exactly when it would be delivered.
