redeeming galaxy buds + after upgrade a31 through MTN

Just did an upgrade with MTN for the galaxy a31 and was told that could redeem the galaxy buds + via the Samsung members app. Went to the benefits page nothing listed or showing to redeem. Can anyone assist.

I got mine today , could not trace it and it took awhile but it did arrive .

I did an upgrade to the samsung A31 also with the free buds, now I'm getting worried after reading all the problems with trying to get them

So I called Samsung SA today and the consultant assured me it will be sent however since they are dealing with thousands of customers on the promotion it can take between 5 days to 6 weeks to be sent.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps in order to process the buds claim 

 

1. Please check that your Samsung Account on the device is correct.

2. Uninstall the Samsung Members app, then re-install it again

3. Sign in with your Samsung Account on the Samsung Members app.

4. Check for the banner under "Benefits"

 

* Applicable to the first 4,000 redeeming customers.
