Galaxy Ultra Battery Life: A Major Disappointment

The Galaxy Ultra is advertised with amazing battery life, but in reality, it's not living up to the hype. 
Many users are reporting significant battery drain issues, even with moderate usage. The issue seems to be compounded by high-refresh rate displays, demanding processors, and the constant need to manage power-hungry features like 5G and Bluetooth. While we love the features, it's disheartening to have to constantly monitor battery levels and adjust settings to conserve power. Samsung, we need improved battery optimization and software updates to address this battery drain problem.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Making few changes can enhance battery life to a greater extent .. 


Making the following changes as shown in the video ...wait for few weeks for the phone to study the usage patterns and you will see an improvement in battery life

Well, Dream11 also advertise winning crore's of money but does mostly wins it or losses?

You should see what you need.
It's a big device with 5k mah battery and with oneui heavy skin it won't be sufficient.

You should have gone with other brands.

I can Give you some tips on this.
● Please don't keep your phone charge till it reach 100%, It may cause Overheat to your Ultra and it ill make more battery problems.
● Please don't Use your phone while charging like Games and Other social media Scrolling.
● Note Down the time of battery consumption after trying these tips.

Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue still occurs, please visit the service centre for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service centre with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/
