Secure folder keeps stopping

Secure folder is stopping each and every time I opens it. Pls fix my issue fast I am unable to access my important data right now. I tried clearing cache of apps and clear data too.

turn off your device
Press Volume up and power button at the same time
Keep it pressed until samsung logo appears on your phone.
Then a list of your options will come on your phone.. Now you have entered Recovery mode.
there you can see
wipe cache data partition
use volume buttons to navigate and power button to select
after that select reboot

no wiping cache data partition will not delete your personal data
remember only select wipe cache data partition

if u already wipe cache partition then one reboot in a safe modesteps to turn safemode;
long press on power button>
long press on power off option>click on safemode >your mobile will restart and turn into safemode.

My phone has this same problem.....is there be any changes after turning on safe mode ??
