App Lock, Hide App

Samsung OneUI is very feature rich but the feature it lacks, hurts too much. eg

1. It doesn't allow to lock and encrypt apps outside secure folder. Although secure folder is great but what's the point if I can't lock at least messaging app, contacts, gmail, drive, setting etc if not all.

2. Hide app feature should be more useful. One should be able to access all hidden apps with some specific gesture.

*Latest version made secure folder even worse by stopping payment apps to send sms for verification n registration.

Multiuser account could be a way but it's upto Samsung. I hope Samsung take it seriously.

The very basic feature that should be pesent in all Samsung phones depsite the price tag, is not present even in its premium phones which costs 15-20 times more than those other brands which have biometric lock n encryption even in their entry level phones. Level of frustration 🔥

Pressure on company is less what I believe that's why they aren't taking consumer's seriously.

Maybe it will take some time.

I believe they are competing with other brands and trying to match with them like apple. If they are just focusing on staying relevant in competition with these companies, then the customer requirements will always be least prioritised.
Personally I feel secure folder is a hassle and a complete waste.

I Agree that they are trying to compete with apple, however there is difference in quality of iOS just because they control hardware and software although they have some control over hardware like Exynos but you know how is that compared to snapdragon and software is from google who is always in conflict.
