Seems that way. I asked you to remove the screen protector and try because if it still happens without it, then there might be condensation between the camera and the display. And liquid inside the phone is a disaster waiting to happen.
You can either wait for the next beta release, or revert back to the previous stable software, but that will factory reset your device and all data will be lost.
