THAT SECURE CHECK FAIL ERROR SHOULD NOT COME WHEN BOOTLOADER OR DOWNLOAD MODE HAS BEEN UNLOCKED AND THEN SOME .IMG OR .TAR IS FLASHED

In the LATEST UPDATE with BINARY VERSION S4 or U4,I am unable to flash custom recovery, even when I have TURNED ON OEM UNLOCKING and UNLOCKED the BOOTLOADER, just because Samsung BLOCKED booting of CUSTOM IMAGES even when I have UNLOCKED the DOWNLOAD MODE in the LATEST UPDATE. Error message of "SECURE CHECK FAIL:RECOVERY.IMG" appears on a LIGHT BLUE SCREEN, on flashing a custom recovery image(TWRP) , even when OEM UNLOCKING has been ENABLED in DEVLOPER MODE & BOOTLOADER/DOWNLOAD MODE has been UNLOCKED by me.

Till OTA update with SW version S3, I was able to install CUSTOM RECOVERY(TWRP) , but since the NEW UPDATE which has SW version S4, I am not able to do so, which means Samsung has DISABLED custom flash of ROMs . PLEASE REVERT this and allow me to flash custom ROM. I didn't expect this from Samsung which until now was my FAVORITE BRAND. If these LIMITATIONS are PROLONGED then I along with OTHER USERS will FORCED to LEAVE SAMSUNG PLATFORM and join other companies like SONY, NOKIA, MOTOROLA,etc. Therefore I want this FEEDBACK to be sent to the TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT of SAMSUNG . Pls PROVIDE a NEW UPDATE for SW version S6 and REENABLE the ABILITY to FLASH CUSTOM IMAGE files in the BOOTLOADER. I OWN MY DEVICE so I have FULL RIGHT to DO WHATEVER I want to do WITH MY DEVICE, Samsung CAN'T FORCE us like IT'S PUPPETS. REVERT this UPDATE for model SM-T290 which I USE for STUDYING, ELSE I WILL BOYCOTT Samsung FOREVER in INDIA with OTHER PEOPLE who are also AGREEING with me RIGHT NOW.

NEWS UPDATE:
As I was SUGGESTED by SAMSUNG MEMBER SERVICE, I went to SAMSUNG AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE and talked to nearly 20 SERVICE CENTRES and ALL of them said that they CAN'T DOWNGRADE to BINARY version/ SW version - S3 or U3 . In the NEW UPDATE with BINARY version S4 I am UNABLE to BOOT CUSTOM RECOVERY , please ALLOW this by GIVING a NEW UPDATE. NOT EXPECTED this from MY BELOVED SAMSUNG. IF this is NOT CORRECTED then I and OTHER MOBILE GEEKS will be FORCED to LEAVE SAMSUNG PLATFORM and CHOOSE OTHER MOBILE BRANDS , and that JUST BECAUSE Samsung BLOCKED BOOTING of CUSTOM IMAGES EVEN WHEN I have UNLOCKED the BOOTLOADER or DOWNLOAD MODE.

Please PROVIDE me some OTHER RESOLUTION.

And THIS is a LOW BUDGET TABLET so please ATLEAST RE-ENABLE BOOTING of CUSTOM RECOVERY (TWRP image) ATLEAST.

THAT SECURE CHECK FAIL ERROR SHOULD NOT COME WHEN BOOTLOADER OR DOWNLOAD MODE HAS BEEN UNLOCKED.

26.06.2024 UPDATE: THE SAME THING IS HAPPENING WITH S5 BINARY UPDATE OF THIS MODEL SM-T290 SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB A8 2019. WHAT IS THE **bleep** SAMSUNG DOING. I WILL REPORT THIS

Did you flash a proper vbmeta_disable file? I faced that error twice, once when I tried to install TWRP without disabling vbmeta, and once when I tried to flash the device ROM patched by Magisk.

Wow, really, you are the 1st person in the whole past week to actually even give me a guessed solution to even try out.
Ok so, by proper vbmeta_disable you mean? And where do I get this file for my specific tablet device ? Any links?

You can find the file on XDA forums, if someone has made it for your device, and you have to flash the specific file in the USERDATA slot of Odin BEFORE ypu flash a custom recovery.

But that may not work all the time, because sometimes bootloaders have drastic changes which needs an updated version of the files you're trying to flash.

I thought vbmeta flashes in AP file parameter of Odin , not userdata parameter right?

Recovery gets flashed in AP.

And apart from vbmeta what other partitions can we flash through userdata? And you are seeming quite a geek expert, where did you get such info ?

No need or repartition. If you're flashing a ROM using a custom recovery, it will automatically repartition the system accordingly.

I have flashed quite a few roms, so I try to keep myself updated on this.
