Help claiming buds on s22 promo

Hi
I purchased an s22 online from the Samsung store. I've tried to claim the buds but they say the can't validate my purchase as it must show the imei number. None of the documents from Samsung show the imei number. I've emailed the original invoice sent to me via email which had the purchase order number as well the the paper delivery note.

Can anyone asisst?

I preordered on Telkom and didn't even receive any original invoice/contract documentation. Simply just the waybill from the courier. I applied this morning for my buds using the waybill as it has the IMEI number on and Device details. So I'll have to wait and see if they'll accept this document

Before I ordered, I dealt with a salesperson directly. I've mailed him now. I'll let you know if I get anywhere.

I have resent them the original invoice which they sent me via email. I've quoted the order number and listed the two imei numbers and sent then the courier delivery note. Now they have accepted it. There is no new information so I'm not sure why it was accepted now.

That's awesome, congrats. The courier delivery note being the piece of paper attached to the parcel? The invoice?

Yes to both questions. That's the correct address and yes, the delivery note attached to the parcel.

Do they send some sort of notifications/email that it's been a accepted? I did mine this morning using the waybill the courier gave me on delivery.
