In November 2020, i upgraded my contract with Vodacom. The phone that i chose was the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. Vodacom was running a promotion at the time to receive a free 32 inch TV with the Note 20 Ultra. I did claim via the Samsung App. I did have an issue at the time as the TV License was on my wife's name. I then went ahead and got the TV license on my name as it is within Samsung's terms and conditions that the account holder needs to have the TV license on his/her name. The last communication i received from Samsung was in September 2021 advising i was on a dispatch list. It's been 16 months now since upgrading my contract and i have yet to receive the TV. I have made numerous calls to the Samsung call center and all i have ever been told that there is a problem with logistics, there's no stock of the TV and the promotion has been put on hold due to reasons unexplained to me. Can someone please advise on the situation.
