I purchased an s22 online from the Samsung store. I've tried to claim the buds but they say the can't validate my purchase as it must show the imei number. None of the documents from Samsung show the imei number. I've emailed the original invoice sent to me via email which had the purchase order number as well the the paper delivery note.
Hi I also purchased a S22+ and was told that IME does not show Then was told to mail it to samsung@isonxperiences.com I never heard from them since please advice
So we all in the same boat here. I bought my phone through Samsung Estore and the IMEI also doesn't show on the invoice. So my application was declined for the buds. I then sent all my docs to the isonxperiences email and got no reply. I then a lot of airtime trying to get through to the promotions call centre. I eventually got through and they advised that my paperwork is fine after which I should recieve an email confirming. A whole day passed and nothing. Then spent another bunch of airtime trying to get through. Eventually the following day I got through. I called just after 8am. Spoke to a friendly and helpful consultant, she advised that the paperwork is in order and my claim is now in line for validation. I then insisted that they send me an email stating what she said. I recieved the email while on the call. I haven't received any further communication since then and that was last week Thursday. So I guess it's now wait and pray.
