S21 FE FREE TABLET PROMO FRAUDULENT ???

Hi guys I purchased a samsung s21 fe online with mtn and I was under the impression that I would be getting both the cellphone and a tablet only to find out that it's from Samsung and not MTN   , they advised we need to claim via the app but everytime I am trying it keeps says invalid email address? Has this happened to anyone else and how can we resolve this ?

Its a problem with the website, no matter if you do it on mobile or on pc it gives the same issue. Has to do with the cookies as the site doesn't ask for permission.

Also no luck with the free tablet .. emailed invoice ( twice) as far as I'm concerned it was fraudulent advertising..
