PromotionsI purchased a S22 through Cellucity and submitted claim for Galaxy Buds, I then called to check on progress eventually got through and was told that the date was not showing on the proof of purchase.
Then was told to mail it to samsung@isonxperiences.com with the full invoice which is not cut-off, I have done this but get no response. Tried calling again and no response.
Any assistance with this will be appreciated.
