Samsung service slow or quick ....

Dear samsung 

 I have realy big issues on samsung galaxy Book3 Pro 360 so I want to replace or return as soon as possible.......... provide me a service 

 Otherwise it's simple to give suggestions to other not buy samsung ....

What is your issue? Did you file for a return or replacement? Because simply asking for replacement here will not solve the problem.
