So, I bought this Samsung T42E soundbar on May 15th, pumped to finally upgrade my home theater. But within a few days, my excitement fizzled out. Bluetooth delays and messed up audio? Not what I expected from a brand new soundbar! On May 16th, I booked a service call right away, hoping for a quick fix.
A technician showed up to troubleshoot the problem. Here's the catch: they were only equipped to fix TVs! They acknowledged the issue with my soundbar but explained they needed a specialist for that. A little disappointed but trusting the process, I waited for the next day's appointment. Imagine my frustration when I received a notification – service cancelled! I called them back, determined to get this resolved. But to my surprise, they just cancelled the request again without any explanation. This runaround has been going on for weeks now. My once-exciting soundbar purchase has turned into a service nightmare. All I want is for someone to fix the Bluetooth delay and audio issues so I can finally enjoy my new soundbar. Is that really too much to ask?
