Bought this washing WW90DG5U24AX 9kg and it's only 1st day and it started making rattleing noise and vibrating, i spoke with samsung customer care they are just saying they reachout but there isn't a response and more over samsung technician with proper samsung outfit installed this product and took few things with them like seriously they are now stealing things which is for the customer he took spaner, hose guide, liquid detergent guide and the shipment bolt which came with the product, i already raise issue with the service center as well as the customer care but there is further call from both end, been a samsung user since 2017 with there flag ship phones but now i regret purchasing this product. I sure gonna file a case with consumer court hopeless this gonna fix the issue, it's frustrating that they are stealing these things.

That's what customer care told me since 3 days yet no one visited me all these days I have been calling everyday and requested for technician yet i end up with one thing "they will reach you soon" and then no one respond or call

Same here! I also purchased this machine just two months ago and I’m already facing the same issue. The so-called technician who came was completely unprofessional — not even in proper attire or a company t-shirt. He had no clue what he was doing and started blaming me, saying there’s a “ground level issue” and that I’m putting in “too many clothes.” Seriously? I know how to use a washing machine!

When I tried to explain, they acted like I took the machine from them for free. The technician didn’t even talk properly or listen to anything I said. It’s ridiculous — they’re treating it like it’s a toy, not an expensive appliance I paid for.

Now the drum makes weird noises while spinning, and nothing is being resolved. If this continues, I’m done being patient — I’ll file a consumer complaint because this is just unacceptable!

The technician visit he stated the issue generated due to the imbalance but after few minutes of balancing it properly the sound resumed i have to put thick paper sheet under the washing machine and the sound gradually decrease but this isn't a permanent fix, i occasionally use the machine let's see after a month if this sound irritate me more i sure gonna call the technician.

Last time when the technician visited, they said it was a balancing issue. After repairing and balancing it, the problem still continued. Later, they even changed the belt, saying it could be the reason for the sound.

But honestly, I don’t think the belt change helped much — the machine still sounds like an old one. You can even check the post I uploaded showing how bad the sound is.

I’m planning to call the technician again and have it checked properly, because even after multiple visits, the issue hasn’t been solved yet. Let’s see what they do next this time.
