OthersWhen I tried to explain, they acted like I took the machine from them for free. The technician didn’t even talk properly or listen to anything I said. It’s ridiculous — they’re treating it like it’s a toy, not an expensive appliance I paid for.
Now the drum makes weird noises while spinning, and nothing is being resolved. If this continues, I’m done being patient — I’ll file a consumer complaint because this is just unacceptable!

OthersBut honestly, I don’t think the belt change helped much — the machine still sounds like an old one. You can even check the post I uploaded showing how bad the sound is.
I’m planning to call the technician again and have it checked properly, because even after multiple visits, the issue hasn’t been solved yet. Let’s see what they do next this time.
