I am just a general user like other, I am on this community since I bought my S7+ tablet but never ever faced any issues with it. Now I am using S22 Ultra and its been a great experience since then except the battery. But I am so disappointed to see every 3rd post on community is about screen linings and flickering.
The worst part is no official or any community moderator or admin or any official member has reverted to their posts.
I know Samsung is struggling since the chinese phones has acquired the most users in India. However people still trust Samsung for Privacy and for good Service. Same for me I am with Samsung since the S4 phone was launched..
I have only one request, please address users query and navigate or guide them for better solution.
Xiaomi and Oppo Vivo centres and they community people are so responsive, they react really quick. I experienced that. I am no fan of chinese trash yet their service and their community apps are fast and responsive.
