Yesterday I Bought a New Samsung Level u wireless headphone.Its Disconnecting Frequently 
Using ph call suddenly Disconnected. Audio playback also same problem. battery Is fully charged... Samsung Fix my Problem.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Reset app preferences.
Settings > Apps > More option or on three dots at the top right corner of the screen > Reset App Preferences

 

2. Clear paired list
Settings > Connection and turn on Bluetooth > Setting option along with the paired device > Unpair.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).

I am also facing same problem 

LevelU keeps disconnecting automatically and connecting automatically very frequently 

Its so irritating, shame on U samsung 

Worst experience with u guys

Why you make such kind of **bleep** products of u dont know how to make it.

It costs me more that 2200rs

Yes, Samsung Level U disconnects automatically.

Hi Support Team,

I think you should provide revised steps if users are unable to resolve the disconnectitivity issues.

A couple of times I reported this issues to Samsung customer care and they are also denied to repair or reset this headphones.

Later I have investigated and solved the problem using the below steps, I request all the users who have purchased this "Samsung level U" headphones and facing disconnectivity/auto re-connectivity issues with any phones. 

Below steps are applied to all android phones:

1. Goto application in the phone settings.

2. *In the top right options menu select "system apps/show system"

3. In the search bar type "Bluetooth" to select Bluetooth system apps

4. Depending on device operating systems you will find 2 "Bluetooth" and 1 "Bluetooth MIDI Service" apps, in some devices you will find 1 Bluetooth app.

5. Tap on the app -> goto Storage -> "Clear Storage"

6. Repeat step 5 to all "Bluetooth" and "Bluetooth MIDI Service" app

Repair the Headphones with the android device and I hope you won't see any disconnectivity issues.

Nope !!!

Allow permission to all, Dailer,  contact,  storage like !!!

 

Then working perfectly. Clear cache and data at level u app !!!
