Samsung Level U Disconnecting Issues

Yesterday I Bought a New Samsung Level u wireless headphone.Its Disconnecting Frequently 

Using ph call suddenly Disconnected. Audio playback also same problem. battery Is fully charged... Samsung Fix my Problem.

my samsung level you keeps disconnecting only during online calls.

I have a simple solution for this just fellow this

1. On the device

2.press and hold power button for 4sec.then you can see the red and blue light blinking

3.connect any phone to level u

4.after connecting  press volume up button and power button at same time

Then your problem will be sloved

I tried resetting app preferences, network settings but I am facing the same issue from last 1 week
