Yesterday I Bought a New Samsung Level u wireless headphone.Its Disconnecting Frequently 
Using ph call suddenly Disconnected. Audio playback also same problem. battery Is fully charged... Samsung Fix my Problem.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Reset app preferences.
Settings > Apps > More option or on three dots at the top right corner of the screen > Reset App Preferences

 

2. Clear paired list
Settings > Connection and turn on Bluetooth > Setting option along with the paired device > Unpair.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
