Yesterday I Bought a New Samsung Level u wireless headphone.Its Disconnecting Frequently 
Using ph call suddenly Disconnected. Audio playback also same problem. battery Is fully charged... Samsung Fix my Problem.

i also facing same issue as i rest the level and mobile app preferences..still same issue comming i think Samsung must find out solution of this problem because no. of user are belive in Samsung brand. but this type of issue down tha Samsung brand.

I have bought this costly item just because its from a brand like Samsung however it's a product of **bleep** cheap standard. Doesn't stayed for a year even and that too issues like disconnection. I am a proud owner of one plus now and its way better than YOU - SAMSUNG. GO float yourself.

same issue here always disconected automatically and it's so irritating and Just for this issue I'm unable to clear my one exam.. just fixed it

I am also having same issue. Frequently disconnecting and connecting. Irritates a lot when having important calls. Please do something to solve this issue. Or its a great shame on samsung being a reputed brand.

Same here ,, although I'm using it with Galaxy S8 , it should be perfectly compatible with samsung phones , but it is disappointing

Even I am facing same issues. Its disgusting to see a branded item getting disconnected often and troubling the user.

 

Looking forward for a solution @ Samsung Team
