You can add as many esims as you want. But when you switch on any esim, the second physical sim will switch off. So practically only 2 sim work at a time - either 2 physical sims or 1 physical and 1 esim.

If the phone is in the Gulf region, then it is Dual SIM which means Dual SIM Scenario: SIM1 (Physical SIM) + SIM2 (Physical SIM or eSIM)
