Galaxy S》Please check wheather your software is up-to-date. (Settings > Software update > Download and install.)
》Update all apps from both Playstore and Galaxy store.
》Uninstall unwanted apps.
》Add all the irrelevant apps to deep sleeping apps. (Settings > Battery and Device care > Battery > Background usage limits > Put unused apps to sleep/ > 'Deep sleeping apps')
》Optimise your device (Settings > Battery and Device care > Optimise)
》Wipe your cache partition.
(Simply connect your device to the computer via data cable (or just insert a c-ported headset) > Switch off your device >Press and hold, power button + volume-up button for 4-5 seconds till the phone turn on and boot into the recovery mode.

Galaxy SMy device software is upto date. I regularly update the apps from both stores. I don't keep unwanted apps. And regarding cache and forced restart, I have already done with that.
Thanks anyways.
