Can anyone help me about my phone plz I buy s21 ultra few day's ago but ESIM not work in my phone i dont no why when I scan my esim barcode it's loading but after few seconds try again I try maybe 5 to 7 time but not work

Hi,

S21 Ultra supports eSIM. However, at a time it can use only two sims. One sim from dual sims has to disable.

I dont no in which way I need to tell you that I vist 3 time to the service center guys but thay say it's a Korean version we don't no anything about that and thay say send report to samsung specialist
