Can anyone help me about my phone plz I buy s21 ultra few day's ago but ESIM not work in my phone i dont no why when I scan my esim barcode it's loading but after few seconds try again I try maybe 5 to 7 time but not work

But guys even last night I went samsung store thay say its a Korean version so we don't no what is the problem he told me send email to samsung are do report so I don't no what I do looks like my mistake

I think e sim will not work on that model only on Note model

I know i think e sim will only work on Note series thats what a friend told me before...please try to contact etisalate customer care to make sure

He told me that esim works only on New Note series and iphone only...but iam not sure so try to contact etisalte customercare

Before I buy I ask them thay cheak in Google and its say it work but I think my phone have any kind of problem because it scan the barcode after that its keep loading only

If they check on google thats mean they dont know the information about esim...as i said either call etisalate or go to etisalate service center may be it need some kind of activation
