Toggle it on only if u need urgent charging, otherwise of u have time slow charging for the life of the battery is better

Fast charging is not good for the battery.

If you use AMKETTE USB type C charging itself, it charges fast at 1800 mAh (even when the fast charging is disabled). So I am using USB extension cable (for INR 300 approx) to reduce the current to 400 to 600 mAh and charge my phone for 8 hours maximum slowly.
