Superfast Charging not working in my phone from last 2 weeks. It only shows charging not fast charging on screen. I'm using original Samsung adaptor and cable. The option for superfast Charging is enable. I already reset the battery by dialing *#9900#. But nothing works.
Also when I connect charger to my phone, it automatically repeatedly shows connected and disconnected. Also sometimes when I remove cable, my phone repeatedly shows USB connector connected and disconnected.
Test the 'Battery Status' and 'Cable charging' test in diagnostics section in this samsung member app... After the test, tell me that both tests are showing normal or not...
I'v checked my charger in another phone and it's working fine. I have tried other chargers which are less than 5V which are working fine in my phone. Also I have tried multiple samsung chargers, they are not working. What may be the problem. Do I need to visit samsung care? How much they will charge for fix my device?
