It's normal in summer season. If battery temperature exceed 45° in ideal condition there is problem. Please restart your smartphone once in a day to refresh it.

Bro, Samsung will not replace battery free of cost because warranty is already gone. Please visit authorized service center for replace battery. Samsung should improve it's quality control process.
