Green line problem s20+ 5G after 1 month of use

Hello, i have a s20 plus 5g (sm-g986u1) and i just got the white line problem and it created pink and green lines on amoled. I should have went for the nothing phone 1.

It also happens in recovery and download mode so its not system problem. i am still on android 10 because my friends say this happens on only android 12 or newer, but they were wrong. I spent 1000 aed on noon for this phone, and they wont give refund. I am very angry samsung. You made something that lets you replace screen for free, but you still try to charge me 1k for screen???? ridiculous. Also, there just randomly appeared a black dot on my lcd, but its not disturbing my usage

If i do not get my screen replaced for cheap or free, i will take legal action

That's odd, I never get this problem on my devices. I hope Samsung sort the issue for you very soon.

I too got the same issue. The service center executive simply said it is screen damage without even checking the phone. It goes to show that had not even recognized the issue and its service center people are just busy in making people stand and wait and go from one center to another
