I am having a issue with my S21FE. after the recent s/w update for the month of june white line started appearing on the screen. i restarted thinking it was a glitch in s/w but in vain. as the day progressed the no of white lines started increasing in no. So i just googled and it seems this is common issue for this phone. Samsung quality has realy gone bad. the phone is just 2 years old. i have reported this issue but not got the resolution to the problem yet.

I dont understand why Samsung is not doing anything to prevent such kind of a failure. I ll just wait to see what resolution i get else ill complain the issue to dubai consumers Forum..

Restart Your Device: Sometimes, simply restarting your device can resolve software-related issues. Please try restarting your device and check if the white lines persist.

Check for Software Updates: Make sure your device is running the latest software version. Navigate to Settings > Software update > Download and install to check for any available updates.

Safe Mode: Boot your device into Safe Mode to determine if the issue is caused by third-party apps. Press and hold the Power button, then press and hold the Power off option until you see the Safe Mode prompt. Tap "Safe Mode" and observe if the white lines still appear.

If the issue continues despite these troubleshooting steps, we recommend seeking personalized assistance by visiting the nearest service center. You can find the location of the nearest service center by referring to this link:

I have restarted mine, I even reset it, but the line is still displayed on the screen.

If you assert a warranty for that, they remain with the phone and suggest purchasing another one. However, they reimburse the money.
However, I believe it will not increase in size, and I purchased it only 10 days prior.
