I recently upgraded to One UI 6 and now I see the Eye Comfort Shield is turning On at 11 pm without any mode or settings change. However, the eye Comfort Shield toggle is off in the settings but the screen is tinted like Eye Comfort Shield through out the night and it goes off by morning.

Yes, this is an issue, I think you should restart your device 1 to 2 times, and then it will change

This seem to be a bug in One UI 6. They missed to add a new Android setting which by default turns on Night Light at 11pm and turns off at 6 am. Samsung needs to fix this bug.
Workaround: Install Nova launcher. Then add a widget > Settings > NightLight. Then can toggle the Night Light On and Off.
