Yes in India and other countries but some countries don't allow call recording, so if you've purchased it from those countries you'll not get call recording.
You can record phone calls on a Samsung Galaxy phone by following these steps:
Open the Phone app Tap the three-dot menu icon Select Settings Tap Record Calls Enable Auto Record Calls Click Confirm Select which calls to record You can also record a call manually during an active conversation by tapping the three-dot menu and selecting Record Call. To stop the recording, you can disconnect the call or open the menu again.
