Concern about Screen Replacement for green line issue

Hello Guys! Iam a User of Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G mobile. 2 days ago, while using my mobile, a green line has been appeared on my phone screen. So, when I've checked about the issue, I've seen that the samsung company officially announced free screen replacement for green line on phone for few S series users. So I went to the store for replacement. But, they are saying that the screen has to be replaced, and it costs around 14000.
I've asked for the free replacement, but they mentioned that it isn't applicable for S21 FE model phones.

I hereby, raise a complaint to the official Samsung community, claiming that, they should provide free replacement for even S21 FE users also. As I got this issue without any self damage, it's the responsibility if the respective community to consider this.
If free replacement is applicable for other models, then it should be provided for S21 FE model also.

Hence, I sincerely request the concerned authority to check through my concern and take the necessary action.

My Samsung S22 Ultra automatically started a problem of vertical green line in little middle right corner, It has been over 1.5 years of phone , now sercive center is denying it to replace the screen free of cost , as the phone has not been damage , fall or not fallen and it is in the perfect condition still now, I only want Samsung to replace my display or I think it is worthless in Replacing the Screen on paying so high

Even my phone got screen issues after i updated it.
But it's not written anywhere that s23 ultra also gets free screen replacement

Samsung's customer care is a joke! My M52 5G hath developed pink and green lines on the screen. 'That is a manufacturing defect, but thy won't take responsibility. I've had the phone for more than one year. I contacted customer care, but thy were no help. They sent me to the service center, where my phone was held for four days. But instead of fixing the issue, thy told me to buy a new display! Canst thou believe it? My screen is otherwise perfect. I told them about others who got free replacements, but thy refused. They only care about flagship phone users and social media complainers. 'They are unfair that them are ignoring . I demand a free repair or replacement, Samsung! Their service center is useless! They are a huge company, but they won't take responsibility. Fix the issue for free, like they have for others! I've done my research, and I know I'm not alone. Many others have the same problem. 'They a defect, not a coincidence. They are trying to make me pay for their mistake. I won't back down until they fixest it for free. I'll share my story with everyone I know. They will lose customers if they don't take responsibility. Fix it for free, Samsung! Stop ignoring thy customers! Listen to our complaints! Take responsibility for thy defects! Fix the pink and green lines on our screens! We deserve better from a company like this

I have been using samsung s 21fe for 2 yrs , i haven't faced any issues though it has few dents around the corners but screen is perfectly fine after updating my phone for june update then after few days a green line shows up .I don't know what to do even the service center is not ready for screen replacement

I bought Galaxy Z Flip 4 one and half year back. It developed a pink thick pink line in center after an update. I took it to samsung service station but was told that phone is out of warranty and estimated cost of repair would be 28 K upwards. I pleaded it is a manufacturing defect and there was no damage to phone but they did not relent.
A few days later my wife's Samsung S 21 plus also developed 2 vertical lines and service center response was same and I was told to pay 14K if I wish to get it repaired.
This is not a good business practice by co. like this.
I will never purchase Samsung phones now and also tell others to remain away from samsung.
