Concern about Screen Replacement for green line issue

Hello Guys! Iam a User of Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G mobile. 2 days ago, while using my mobile, a green line has been appeared on my phone screen. So, when I've checked about the issue, I've seen that the samsung company officially announced free screen replacement for green line on phone for few S series users. So I went to the store for replacement. But, they are saying that the screen has to be replaced, and it costs around 14000.
I've asked for the free replacement, but they mentioned that it isn't applicable for S21 FE model phones.

I hereby, raise a complaint to the official Samsung community, claiming that, they should provide free replacement for even S21 FE users also. As I got this issue without any self damage, it's the responsibility if the respective community to consider this.
If free replacement is applicable for other models, then it should be provided for S21 FE model also.

Hence, I sincerely request the concerned authority to check through my concern and take the necessary action.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received at a nearby Samsung service center regarding the green line issue on my Samsung Galaxy S20 (SM-G980F/DS). As a loyal Samsung customer since 2006, I have consistently upgraded to new models, trusting the brand's quality and service. However, the recent software update has rendered my device unusable due to a green line on the screen.


The service center's response attributing the issue to a hardware problem and quoting a repair cost of ₹20,000 is unacceptable. Given the circumstances, I strongly believe that the issue is directly related to the software update and not a hardware fault. It is unreasonable to expect me to bear the cost of a repair that may be a result of a manufacturing or software issue.


I urge you to take immediate action to resolve this issue. I request a thorough investigation into the matter and a free repair or replacement of my device. I would appreciate it if you could provide a clear explanation of the cause of the issue and the steps you will take to prevent such incidents in the future.
