Dear Samsung Support, 
 I’m reaching out because my Galaxy S20 FE 5G has become almost unusable due to: Severe ghost touches – the phone literally presses itself. Touch responsiveness failure – the screen freezes or ignores input. Unpredictable behavior – sometimes it works fine, other times it’s impossible to use. I have already done everything on the software side – factory resets, updates, even flashed new firmware 3–4 times. Still, the problem remains. I even visited a Samsung Service Center, but they also couldn’t find a solution. If your own technicians can’t fix it, what are users supposed to do? I’m honestly begging here – please provide a proper resolution, repair, or replacement. Living with ghost touches every day is like being haunted by my own phone. At least ghosts should come at night, not every time I unlock my screen. I hope Samsung takes this issue seriously and gives me a real answer.
