GREEN LINE ISSUE ON SAMSUNG GALAXY S21 FE 5G AFTER AUGUST UPDATE

After installing the August 2025 security patch update, my Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G developed a vertical green line on the display. The issue appeared immediately after the update, and the phone has no physical damage, no water exposure, and no accidental drops.

This seems to be a software-induced hardware issue caused by the recent update, as many Samsung users are facing similar problems.

Requesting Samsung’s urgent support to resolve this matter, preferably through a free screen replacement or an official fix, since the problem arose after the official update.

I am attaching the screenshot/photo of the issue for your REFERENCE.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Samsung offers free screen replacements for some Galaxy phones under specific circumstances, primarily related to a known green line display issue.

Conditions
(e.g., 3 years from purchase) and without physical or water damage.

Limited to certain models and regions, including the Galaxy S21 series, S21 FE, S22 Ultra, and extended to S23 as well due to the growing number of users facing the green line issue on their devices.

The offer is valid until 30th September 2025
