I visited the Samsung service centre at Farrukhabad in Uttar Pradesh regarding green lines on my S21 Ultra and I was told since the phone is more than 3 years old I need to pay the full price for screen replacement and the price that was quoted in that I can easily buy a new phone with some additional money 💰. Samsung should do something for users like us who has been using Samsung mobile phones from beginning like E220!!!!! Or else I will be forced to look at other option.

Green line issue on my S21 ultra post an update. No free screen replacement as my phone is just over 3 yrs now. 

I would have been OK with response if this was not a known issue that is impacting their users globally. I have been a samsung customer since Note 2. 

It seems that Samsung has taken the route where they want users to keep upgrading their products every 3 yrs and this looks deliberate.

Replacement will be chargeable bro. It's better you buy a new phone of another brand.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
