28, 2025, i got green screen at the left side on 27 august, Wednesday. I got this without any kind of damage...such as drops, force on screen, water damage, no scars, i can say my mobile has 0% damage. It's all unexpected. Before this i love my mobile and now i just hate my mobile. I need free display replacement #samsungmobile #samsungindia #samsung. Hope you help me with this issue.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

I talked to an assistant, they told me if i bought this from abroad, then i couldn't replace this issue with no cost. I'll have to pay money for that...

Most probably it'll be replaced for free. Visit your nearest Samsung service center and get it checked for any physical damage. If not found then screen will be replaced for free.

What about original invoice which i haven't?! I have shop owner invoice and now shop owner denied for original bill..he said he can't find out online bill

They ask for original online bill and i have shop owner bill...when i ask original bill to shop owner..he denied and i have 2nd hand from someone else so it's maybe impossible to get original online invoice... without original online bill...can you replace my mobile's display??
