Hi guys,

As a law student, I know how it feels when a company violets consumer rights.

Consumer pays that much amount for seamless and ontime services.

No one can use any tactics or delayed to provide basic features.

I've sent mail to company and waiting for their reply. If they do not reply satisfactory asap i'll sue them seriously in a consumer forum first and so on.

Look what Kuldeep is showing you that his phone is supporting VONR. Many friends of mine are also supporting VONR for s23 series. Please go to service center and inform them your problem. It's actually TRUE that many customer care boys are lack of knowledge and don't know how to talk with their valuable customers.

He is using s22 plus not any s23 series. And by the way the fact is Samsung is incompetent to provide update to s23 series till date. That's it

I've s23 ultra with jio sim i also don't get vonr update, during beta version I've got vonr for some days after that it's gone
