Hi all, I just got confirmation that the program is live in the UAE, link below:

This program is available exclusively in the UAE for devices purchased only from samsung.com.

For the time being, you fill in your information, you submit, and wait for the payment link, which might take time as it's from the 3rd party company handling the Buy-Back/Trade-In Northladder, and not Samsung directly.

If there's anything else that needs to be done, i will edit this post and let you know.

Hi, You're welcome. Agreed, that's the best one to get, you will either ways get the warranty for 2 years regardless of your subscription. I don't know honestly why i went for 2 year come to think about it lol. it's fine, good to have the option 😄

Did you get the payment link, yet? I still haven't received any email from Samsung regarding this at all

Hi, not yet, but that's expected, as long as there's a 3rd party involved, and it's their first time dealing with Samsung, that's what we need to expect. I believe they are reviewing all the submissions manually, to authenticate the purchase. Logically, this has to be done by Samsung, then they send the data to Northladder in order to send us the payment link.
I honestly expected an email from Samsung to at least say we acknowledge your submission, instead of the website confirmation i pasted above.
