Hi all, I just got confirmation that the program is live in the UAE, link below:

This program is available exclusively in the UAE for devices purchased only from samsung.com.

For the time being, you fill in your information, you submit, and wait for the payment link, which might take time as it's from the 3rd party company handling the Buy-Back/Trade-In Northladder, and not Samsung directly.

If there's anything else that needs to be done, i will edit this post and let you know.

Hello, sorry to hear, when did you pay if i may ask? In my case it took maybe 5 days to a week in order for it to reflect.

Where does it reflect, on the members app?

You will receive an email from Allianz 1st stating that it started, then, you will be able to go to settings, about phone, and scroll down. You can see it on my page where i posted about this.
