Samsung should start supporting its devices with all the software updates....just like Apple supports it's phones.... evening iPhone 6s got the latest OS. But after two years Samsung stops sending software updates to it phone and just focus on the latest models...
Sometimes we think processors might not support that is why they are not giving software support after 2 years.But most of the samsung phone has Exynos which is manufactured by Samsung, it should make OS that is compatible with it's own processor and support every phone with at least 5 years of software updates.
This can build trust on Samsung by customers...
Or else we can purchase iPhone for almost the same price of a new Samsung flagship and enjoy it will all the support and updates...
