There are many issues that are coming in your phone. Like green like, software incompatible, which causing motherboard issues etc. And then your service centers are charging high. And to gen customer, they don't know abt tech as much as a teche like me and others will know.
Like ur old phones will not support ur all ai features. U need to tell that to customers with the update, etc. U were doing good in the past. But not now. I love your work but it's heartbreaking the ur falling down. Ur share market went down and so on. There are may issues happening with ur phone.
It's better u take a break from phone market, innovate and after 1 or 2 year release a great phone, software for the phone.
In the break period, u can change and fix the software incompatible issues with the phones etc issues, make ur software better or neck to neck with apple etc. ( can be done in the break )
See companies like Nothing took a 2 year break, and got back there midrange phone, with was good for it's price. And they innovated ( for There price point, There innovations is big ).
Y can't u try this samsung. It's the best for you company. And foucse on one thing. Them jump to others one by one.
Unfortunately have been using Samsung from Note 1 Note 2 Note 4 Note 5 Note 9 And my Last Note 20 Ultra after that I stopped purchasing Samsung. We all know the reasons. 1.5 Lakh Phone doesn't get updates while competing 15K 10 year old getting Android 15.... what else to say.
