seems to be display connector plug in issue ...this is not display burn in

but the phone never had a fall. how can a connector issue crop up? plus you can see the icons shadow on the screen in the pic

this issue doesn't happened for fall ..internal display plug connectors are there which can get loosen..if your device is within warrenty period then they will replace full display. otherwise you have to pay

may be ...because I noticed maxim note 9 user faced this problem before also ..that time Samsung replaced their device display

But many user reported that Samsung service center don't open your phone to check the problem they just say to change the display

Exactly. After arriving at samsung service centre, the receptionist told me "oh this one have to change LCD screen" and i was like "???? Dont you have to let the technician check first?" They were like "based on my experience this one is LCD screen damage" this pissed me off more than ever
