Such an annoying service by Samsung. Not even providing a proper patch update to resolve the adaptive brightness problem. They only did a software update and messed up everything. Need samsung to take action on this immediately. We people became fool by purchasing this costly phone and after a year this issue pops up. Such a bad service
Facing screen problem with my Samsung note 9 since long. Samsung never bothers about brand reputation, just after sales if warranty expires they don't care about their device.
All I can say is that they well know its all because of faulty software updates of potential customers who can purchase new and latest phones or can replace screen after paying hefty amount. Samsung can never be No 1 smartphone company because of its policy. Still Samsung should replace its faulty screen free of cost for all the users even if their warranty got over.
Oled screen from Samsung can't be trusted any more.
