FOLDER MISSING

Am a Note 20 ultra user , yesterday i have get the latest UI 3 update , after the update i can't found some of my folder in "my file".

I have the same problem, some apps and games stop work cause in this folder is nothing, just when i connect the phone on laptop or pc i can see them, but why.....

I am also using Note 20 Ultra, You can't access the data folder on my files anymore. The folder is very important you lose one of the greatest things about Android. Not anymore the scoped storage is for security or whatever. Now I can't play my games because I can't use my files trust me the update is great. But when I found out I couldn't do anything with my files barley anymore I hated it. I want samsung to fix this and get rid of this part of the android with their my files app.

Please bring the device to a Samsung Service Center, or call the call center for remote assistance.

Open the Google play store and search for Samsung my files when you tap on the link click on uninstall and it will uninstall the latest update once that's done go back to your my files application and you will get all of your folders back
