Incoming call not showing

Hello everyone

My samsung note 9 does not show the incoming calls. I can hear the calling ringing tone but cannot see the notification. This only happens if Iam using an app and then someone is calling. Appreciate you help. Thank you

Go phone settings - apps - reset app preferences

Even if not work
Reset ur mobile settings
Go to phone settings- general management - reset - reset all settings- reset settings

(It's not delete any file only ur phone settings will change )
