issue with M31

I bought  this new M31, but I am facing issues  during calls. Either the call goes on hold or starts  recognizing etc..

I feel this is happening  as the additional  menu during call  is too close to ear touch and get pressed  with talking  over phone.

What is the solution guys.

I bought Samsung M31, and facing same issue. During call, either call goes on hold, or it starts recording call automatically.

even I am facing the same problem..kindly assist us how to resolve this issue or else take this **bleep** back and refund us our money.
