I bought this new M31, but I am facing issues during calls. Either the call goes on hold or starts recognizing etc..I feel this is happening as the additional menu during call is too close to ear touch and get pressed with talking over phone....

fed up with problem , called customer care, was told to remove true caller..... what more we need to remove.. Samsung please tell that too... yeah was told to remove screen guard as well.....
