Thanks man for this review. But my also question is why it's happening again and again because battery health is fine and the only problem is that the phone actually switch off automatically. Is there any software issues

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

● Galaxy device Auto-turn off issue:
→ Does this happen when you are using a particular app?
Note: Ensure that you only download apps from reliable and safe sources such as Galaxy apps or the Google Play Store.

→ Check the Power key or Side key.
Step 1: Remove any covers or accessories that may interfere with the device's buttons.
Step 2: Examine the Power or Side keys for regular movement. When you push the button, there should be a small but definite clicking sound. If the key becomes stuck, it may trigger unexpected shutdowns.

→ Check space availability: Settings > Battery and device Care > Storage.

→ Check device heating: If your device becomes too hot, it might switch off itself automatically. This can be after running for a long time or when running more power-intensive apps like playing games etc.

→ Remove memory card: Apps > Settings > Device maintenance > Storage > More option > Storage settings > SD card > Unmount.

In case the issue still occurs, please visit the service centre for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service centre with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
